Character Intro - Barue

It's no secret to anyone who knows me that Barue is likely my favorite character to write. Who wouldn't love to write the big, sort of doofy hero who looks like a dog? Barue is actually modeled after my dog, an Anatolian Shepherd named Bandit. His attitudes towards others, his mannerisms, and most of his traits were inspired by my massive, 150+ pounder. Even his name and his race! "Barue" is the sound he makes when he's barking at whatever leaf or tree looks ominous every evening. "Bennet" is what his name sounds like when I'm cooing to him about what a good boy he is. Yup... Barue is the most fun to write, for sure. On that note, I'd love for you to meet (digitally) the inspiration for Barue.
